Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a session last?
The duration depends on the number of people in the photo.
For a solo session, especially if you're not fully comfortable in front of the camera, allow at least 2 hours: about 30 to 40 minutes for makeup and styling, followed by a relatively long shooting time.
Ideally, take your time—your image deserves the full attention required to deliver a truly exceptional portrait.
I’m afraid I won’t feel comfortable in front of the camera. What should I do?
That’s completely normal. Even some celebrities who visit the Studio feel this way.
Our team is here to guide you and help you feel at ease so we can create a portrait that brings out your best.
Should I bring several outfits?
Yes, we recommend bringing at least three outfits that you love and that reflect different styles.
Opt for sober tones and avoid overly bright patterns, stripes, or bold prints.
You can also bring accessories that are meaningful to you, such as a hat, jewelry, etc.
Should I visit my usual hairdresser before the session?
Avoid getting a haircut or blow-dry right before your session, as this may make your hair frizzy.
A visit to your hairdresser the day before is recommended.
In any case, we handle the final hair touches before, during, and after the shoot.
What justifies the price?
Your portrait is the result of handcrafted work carried out by a team of experts. For over two hours, three professionals are dedicated to you: a makeup artist, a lighting technician, and a photographer.
After the session, a graphic artist selects the best shots in collaboration with the photographer, under the supervision of our client manager, to ensure your satisfaction.
A few days later, you will be guided through the final portrait selection, which will then be retouched, printed, and mounted in a mat by a print specialist.
Each portrait involves around 20 hours of work and is based on a demanding savoir-faire, acquired over many years.
It’s a true work of art, created by artisans of light — which explains its price.
How long after the session will I receive my portrait?
The average delivery time is three weeks. During high-demand periods, especially around Christmas, this timeframe may be extended.
